Need to amend or cancel an existing booking?

Please visit the Change Booking section of our site.
Simply enter your vehicle registration number along with your order code. A order code will have been sent to your email address when you made your booking. You can change your arrival date and time or vehicle registration number.
 

How do I get reservation receipt?

A copy of your reservation receipt will be sent to your email address you provided during the checkout process. Please check out your spam box as well. If you need additional assistance,please contact us via email.
 

How and when do I pay?

Currently clients can pay parking fee only directly at the parking lot. Most of our parking partners accept cash and major credit cards.To avoid any inconvenience, please read the information provided about each parking lot before reserving. You must present the copy of your reservation receipt to the lot’s cashier and pay on arrival at the parking.
 

How do I find the parking lot?

The parking’s lot address and contact information will be provided on your reservation receipt along with directions.
 

How often does the shuttle run?

Shuttle hours and frequency vary by locations. Some shuttles run 24 hours a day at sepcific intervals while others may have more limited hours of operations. Please check the information on each lot’s page.
 

What happens after I click ‘Complete Reservation’?

After clicking “Make a reservation,” please be patient; it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed; an additional copy will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Your receipt contains all the information you’ll need to park, including:
– Departure airport
– Parking lot name, address, phone number, and directions
– Scheduled arrival and return dates and times
– Parking rate and estimated total price, including service fee
– Lot-specific arrival and transportation details

You must present a copy of the Reservation Receipt to the cashier at the time of payment. Some of our parking partners require a printed receipt, while other accept an electronic receipt on a mobile phone.
